Virtually indestructible valve covers.
Once locked, they rotate freely around the hand wheel & prevent the valve wheel from being turned.
The strong polyurethane plastics make them resistant to cracking and abrasion.
They are resistant to extreme weather and temperature conditions.
Padlock holes are available in each gate valve lockout device.
Withstands temperatures from - 20°F to 200°F.
Unique knockout center accommodates "rising stem" valves.
Hasps and padlocks can be used to lock these lockouts.

It adjusts to fit gate valves from 2.5 to 16.5 cm (1" to 6½" gate valve hand wheels).

VL - 06	Adjustable Gate Valve Lockout

Easy to use lockout,
Clamp over the valve lever - preventing the valve from being operated.
Smaller size - Can lock the small sized valves in both open or closed positions. Other 2 sizes are to be used on the locked valve handle position only.
They are virtually indestructible. Inner slider is used for gripping the valve handle sleeves inside the cover.
Once locked, they prevent valve handle from being turned.
The strong polyurethane plastic make them resistant to cracking and abrasion.
They are resistant to extreme weather & temperature conditions.

When slid into position, the upper piece (the slider section) prevents the compression of valve handle from being squeezed, preventing operation of the valve.
Padlock is placed through the holes to ensure proper lockout. Hasps maybe used when multiple locking is required.

VL - 10	Butterfly Valve Lockout

This lockout device jams the valve lever release trigger. (Place VL - 11 between the valve lever and release trigger & hinge open until the two parts jack the valve lever and release trigger to a frizzed position).
Use a CABLE - 01 cable lockout (Order Separately) to secure the device in place by passing the cable around the valve body and through the hole of CABLE - 01.
Place the padlocks on Round Cable Lockout and secure the device.
This product is also known as BUTTERFLY VALVE HANDLE JAMMER.
The complete set is VL - 11C which comprises of the lockout device with cable lockout.

This Universal Lockout is a modular construction which allows the user to add various accessories to make the device suitable for a large range of valves.

Used for precise Locking & closing / opening of the ball valves of various sizes and makes.
Constructed from super tough nylon and stainless steel to avoid corrosion.
Designed to lock out quarter-turn valves of varying sizes and geometric handle dimensions (round, square or flat) up to 1 - 1/4" thick x 1-5/8" wide and various lengths.
Valves can also be locked in the ON or fixed positions for non lockout applications.
To freeze the valve handle at an exact location attach the second Arm (Sold separately) to lock handle of 2 / 3 / 4 or 5 way Valves.
