Electrical Panel Lockout - Circular

  • Designed to lockout electrical panel buttons and switches with no inbuilt lockout provisions.
  • Work in a 2-stage operation. The base plate should be attached directly onto the electrical panel over the top of the relevant switch using the super strong adhesive backing / riveting / bolting.
  • When in place, the electrical plugs / switches / buttons can be isolated by placing the house unit over the top of base plate - hence preventing the access to the isolated switch. Then, they can be locked in place with a Lockout Padlock.

Electrical Panel Lockout Box

Flexible Cocoon

  • Prohibits access to a switch or control. Clear bases and cover allow visibility of nameplates and labels.
  • Horse shoe shaped retrofit base allows use with raised nameplates and off-center installation to accommodate rotary switch knobs.
  • Fits both 22.5 mm and 30.5 mm diameter switches.
  • Accommodates buttons up to 50 mm diameter and 45 mm tall.
  • Supplied with one cover, one base and one retrofit base with double sided adhesive tape.

  • Also finds its application on the special crane / heavy machinery.
  • Can be easily installed in seconds by just placing it on the push buttons thus concealing them inside, hence protecting them from being accidently energized.
  • The two parts are plugged and then locked out with the help of our lockout padlock.

Electrical Panel Handle Lockout

  • Freezes the movement of the bigger handles / levers installed on the electrical panels.
  • Yellow base and flexible powder coated stainless steel strip of 25 mm x 300 mm with 20 holes makes it impossible for the handle to move from their position once locked with the help of two yellow clamps and a lockout padlock.
